What is damping grease?
Damping grease is a kind of friction resistance and anti-corrosion grease.
All grease is mixed with base oil and thickener.
Thickener is used for fix base oil, when grease is subjected to the force of shear, such as operating lever、gear and brake, the oil will be released to lubricate the moving components to a certain extent.

The engineers promote user experience economically through application of damping grease to adjust the torque that is needed by starting instrument.
The force that is required to shear damping grease depends on the viscosity of base oil:
the higher the molecular weight, the greater the shear resistance, the stronger the torque.
Generally speaking, the more precise the equipment, the lighter the grease required.
As a result, the “feeling” of hand control device can be adjusted precisely by choosing the adequate base oil.
