Fluorine lubricating grease provides excellent property under extreme conditions.
The main components of VNOVO fluorine lubricating grease are polyether (PFPE) base oil with polytetrafluoroethylene （PTFE）thickener and special additives.
The product is non-toxic、good thixotropic、difficult to flow, it can provide excellent
composite lubricity under extreme adverse conditions.
It is usually used in chemical、electronics、military、nuclear、data processing and other occasions that requiring high lubricity.
lubrication principle
Solid powder (PTFE) and composite materials are used to isolate the friction surfaces that are in contact with each other to achieve the purpose of abrasion reduction. As is shown in the following diagram:
Because PTFE is white powder, dispersed in grease to product lubrication grease, in the process of application, the white solid particles adhere to the surface of base material to form solid lubricating film, so as to achieve good lubrication effect.
This kind of lubrication grease is best suitable for the application in clean rooms、semiconductor manufacturing equipment、paperboard manufacturing equipment、
motor shaft of hot air dryer and so on. In these cases, the volatilization of lubricant will cause serious problems.
